What We Do
- Advising students at undergraduate, and graduate level on European programs, both during the academic year and summer.
- Supporting students through their entire study abroad process.
- Conducting the crucial meet and greet sessions to best support student needs while abroad. This includes: Pre-Departure sessions, Finance and Scholarship Workshops, SOP writing workshops among others.
- Overseeing health and safety for students studying abroad, including close collaboration with overseas partners to monitor on-the-ground situations and support student needs abroad.
- Managing global exchange partnerships and offering maximum benefits to the students
- Providing advising and support to students interested in attending one of our global partnership programs.
- Partnering with academic departments and faculty to align study abroad with department goals.
- Acknowledging the continued prioritization of diversity, equity, and inclusion work in international education.

- Application processing: Our team does complete handholding of students at every step of the journey so that the process is smooth and hassle-free for our students
- Visa Guidance: Our Visa guidance officers reach you once you are on the via stage of the application. We work closely with you and your family so that the visa chances are 100% on your file
- Scholarship application assistance is offered to students with good academic and professional profiles. Europe is a hub offering various kinds of scholarships for education and research purposes.
- Value Added Services: We help our students in finding the right accommodation, purchasing the right health cover, and availing certain partnership discounts.
STEP-BY-STEP
- Research and Selection of University and Course: We will assist the student in selecting a university and course based on their academic profile and career goals. We provide information on the admission requirements, application deadlines, and visa process.
- Application Process: Our office guides the student through the application process, helps them fill out the application forms and ensures that all necessary documents are submitted on time. Any application fee charged by the foreign university will be paid by the student in this step.
- Profile building: We assist students in building the right CV for the program, drafting out a successful statement of purpose / Motivation letter, and any other written document required to be submitted by the student.
- Admission: Once the application is submitted, we keep track of the admission status and inform the student of any updates. At this step, students will receive their offer letter for the program, and starts with visa filing.
- Visa Assistance: We then assist the student in obtaining the necessary visa and immigration documents, such as a student visa and travel insurance. We assist in taking appointments for the visa.
- Pre-Departure Assistance: We provide the student with information on accommodation options, transportation, and other important details related to living and studying abroad.
Service Fees for the above-mentioned steps – 550 EUR
This fee is not refundable after the application is made.
